> Those messages are “pushed” by the site to every user who opted-in and typically are comprised of an image, copy, and a link to site or page, all items that you’ll be able to customize in whatever platform you’re using.
Why are Affiliates Using Push Notifications?
Push notifications are a unique form of traffic for affiliate marketers in that they offer long-term benefits that you won’t get from many traditional forms of traffic.
Unless you’re building an email list, which historically have lower opt-in and click-through rates than push notifications, it’s often difficult to stay connected to the users you’re directing to your landing pages. This means when you go to promote another offer in the same niche you’re essentially trying to acquire the same traffic all over again.

With push, once a user opts-in to receive notifications, you can send them notifications for future campaigns or landing pages indefinitely. Think of them as a long-term investment, allowing you to build a network of users that:
